How To prepare Moroccan Harira Soup
Harira Soup is the undisputed Ramadan meal , so that all Moroccan families break the fast with "Harira" after dried dates and milk ,it's a combination of a large number of vegetables and spices in the form of offers

"Harira" is not easy .. and elements vary from one area to another,in exemple the "Harira in Fez in not the same one as Marrakech and it's considered the main meal in ramadan and of course served with desserts and drinks ..
Quantities:
Half a kilo lamb cut small parts
Kilo and a half red crushed tomatoes in a blender
Two cups of soaked chickpeas
Three tablespoons of lentils
A handful fill palms together coriander and celery
Onion, chopped
Cup of thin vermicelli
Small packet of tomato Center
Two tablespoons margarine
Salt
Teaspoon Abzar (black pepper)
Tablespoon ginger
Audin of cinnamon
Cass oil
Liters of hot water
White flour to focus soup
How to prepare :
1- In a pressure cooker put the meat section, add the chickpeas, tomatoes and ground coriander and celery
and onions, lentils and cooking oil, salt, ginger and Alabzar (black pepper) .

3- Then create the white flour with a little cold water until thick liquid to be free of granulated flour

5- - In the last of the day add the margarine and tomato and egg noodles
6-And continue to stir and cook for ten minutes the soup is ready .
